I have never really thought of text in my work... I know it was all the rage a couple of years back... just goes to show how slowly I come round to things...... as part of "lino summer" I made a couple of plates with text... fun..... am having serious thoughts (oh yeah baby) about how to use this in a big print......I always loved the "list" series of Ignasi Aballi's , to take something mundane and make it so FUN, and introspective, and all those things that art is supposed to be..... whoooa...... carried away on a wave of artsyness... "if you think you can dance" has the hot tamale train... maybe I'll have the "real deal wagon"...... yes...you think!! Send me some ideas for people to put on the "Real Deal Wagon"...go on.....
